Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xtrel.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider. Still no refund? Reach out to us at support@xtrel.com.
